Research says (and we agree!) the top concern of people considering shopping second-hand is the condition that items will be in. We want every customer to be thrilled with their purchase from us and therefore have a rigorous Quality Assurance process so you can be sure what you are getting and alleviate the guesswork around buying second-hand online.

In order to prepare items for sale, we check each individual item for damage wear and marks/stains and items graded into one of six condition grades. Categorising items is always subjective, we err on the side of marking items lower rather than higher so you will always be overjoyed!  

Brand New with Tags - Just like in the shop. Tags are still attached and/or it’s packed in the original packaging. Never used and has no flaws 

New - Brand new but the tags or original packaging isn’t there. Never used as has no flaws 

As New - Excellent condition, has been used but you would never know, has no flaws. 

Very Good – Great condition, has been lightly used and may have slight imperfections (if so they will be mentioned in the description) 

Good – Used Condition, has bobbling or pilling and may have very small marks. 

Satisfactory - Used a lot and has wear/ marks / pilling / bobbling but still good for lots of uses!
