Shipping policy

Did you know that shopping online and getting it delivered actually produces less carbon dioxide than taking a physical trip to the shops?

In order to minimize the environmental impact of getting your order to you, we ship twice a week and use Royal mail 2nd Class, as our research showed this method to produce the least carbon emissions.

Orders placed Thursday to Monday 9.00am are dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed Monday Thursday 9am are dispatched on Thursday.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class at a flat rate of £3.95

We offer free shipping on all orders over £50 value or for £15 we offer Unlimited shipping for 12 Months (min £15 order value)

Covid-19

Despite COVID-19, we are still shipping as usual.

All delivery services are fully in operation but there may be delays in some instances.
We want to ensure that your garments get to you in the best possible condition. We have final quality control and cleaning measure which at times may cause small delays in despatch.

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks will be needed to verify a payment and this may delay an order. We will contact you if there is a delay or an item is out of stock.
Delivery times are guidelines only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time-frame.
